Refund & Returns Policy

At Sage Green Foods, we take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and packaging. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your options for returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaking, or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item or quantity compared to your order.

  • The product is within 7 days of delivery and remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return or replacement:

  2. Provide your order ID, invoice number, reason for return, and photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund (depending on your preference and stock availability).


3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • For orders placed via marketplaces like Amazon, their refund timelines and processes will apply.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Discounted, promotional, or free items.


5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with supporting photos. We’ll ensure a quick replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
